The implementation of the IMS process, initiated in 2003 by the memorandum of undertaking of the management, was delegated in terms of method to the SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT and QUALITY Department, which was strengthened for that purpose.

After grouping the activities of the company together in 13 processes, working groups were formed, led by pilots.

The company's entire workforce was involved in this process, either through being assigned to this specific activity, through participating in the working groups, through proofreading and validating procedures and operating methods, or through attending awareness-raising and specific training sessions. 

The process is coordinated by a steering committee consisting of company and plant management members and all the pilots.

Finally, each process is subject to quarterly reviews, which fuel the bimonthly management reviews.

In these three fields, the policies are implemented in accordance with the economic and financial balance of the company.
